PACCS is built in deliberate phases. Each phase ships production-grade capability, not prototype demos. The current phase has the multi-agent intelligence engine running on real submissions; the next phases scale the corpus, deepen the agent mesh, and open partner programming integrations.

Production-ready multi-agent system with full audit trails, human oversight, and enterprise-grade reliability. Festival, filmmaker, and production-house products live; PIFF 2026 launches the founding cohort in October.

Phase 8/9 cinematic redesign across the surface. Festival onboarding, triage queue, badge generator, and public catalogue all live.
Filmmaker product, production-house tier, discovery loop
Filmmaker showcase + Pro toolkit, production-house slate intelligence, two-way discovery between all three sides, anonymised messaging, match feedback loop. Founding cohort recruitment ahead of PIFF 2026.
Corpus expansion · 10,000+
Double the corpus to 10,000+ submissions across 180 countries. Add live festival programming feedback loops from PACCS Supported and Partner channels.
Distribution workflows & PIFF launch
PIFF 2026 opens 23 October at UCL BaseKX — the first PACCS Supported Festival. Distributor-side workflows, territory model 2.0, and acquisition recommendation engine ship alongside.
